Full two-way sync with Toast POS. Menu items, modifiers, prices, and 86'd items update in real time. Orders appear on your Toast KDS within seconds of being confirmed by the AI agent.

Square

Connect your Square account to import your catalog and accept orders through OrderEchoAI. Payment links and receipts are handled automatically via Square's payment rail.

Clover

Clover integration supports full menu import, modifier groups, inventory sync, and direct order injection into the Clover order queue.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

We will never stop taking orders for your customers. Overage orders are billed at a per-order rate based on your plan tier, and you can set spending alerts in the dashboard.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and we prorate automatically.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on all plans. Contact our sales team or switch to annual in the dashboard.

What POS systems do you support?

We currently support Toast, Square, and Clover with full two-way sync. Additional POS integrations are on the roadmap. Enterprise customers can use our API for custom integrations.

Can the AI handle complex orders with modifications?

Yes. OrderEchoAI understands modifier groups, special instructions, dietary restrictions, and allergen requests. It will confirm complex orders back to the customer before submitting.
